Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

we use Fedex shipping services to deliver packages. They will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have a PO box listed in your shipping address it will delay your shipments until you update the shipping address to a physical address.

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00am- 7pm – Sunday 10am-6pm . Please have your order confirmation email with you with your ID.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us at +1 714-539-9199 or email with your name and order number, and we will help you with the order status. You should receive your items with in 3 to 5 business days from the day your get your tracking number.
